Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Courtesy Patrol with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout Florida. We have openings at our Monroe, New Jersey location.
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Available Schedules:
- Tuesday-Saturday 11pm-7am
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that guests sign in upon arrival and exit.
- Making guests aware of rules that must be adhered to
- Contacting the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.
- Reporting to supervisors on a regular basis.
- Recording any suspicious activities to the supervisor.
- Patrolling private residential properties and areas, safeguarding against illegal activity, including theft, loitering, trespassing and vandalism
Requirements:
- Must have a security license
- Must have security experience.
- Must have a Drivers License.
- Must be capable of handling variety of serious responsibilities.
- Must pass comprehensive background checks conducted by their employer.
- Must have clean criminal/police record.
- Must have positive, friendly attitude that is capable of interacting well with the residents and guests.
- Must be alert, professional, and reliable.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be professional, mature, and able to stand for long periods of time.
